ABOUT
I studied Fine Arts in the Polytechnic University of València.
Since September 2015 I have been living in the UK.
I have always loved drawing and reading comics and while studying my degree I found a new love for painting.
In 2015 I started a new adventure doing the MA in Children’s Book illustration at Cambridge School of Art, where I graduated in 2017.
I work using traditional techniques such as oil painting, colour pencils, watercolours or even printmaking. I really enjoy investigating how the different marks of each technique relate to the story, characters, mood and place.
As a highlight, I won the Brian Botting Prize to the Best representation of human body in the 2017 edition of Lynn-Stainers Prize.
I live in Nottingham with my partner, also an illustrator, Joseph Namara Hollis. You can see his work at http://www.josephhollis.com/
